Compass®
The system of record for every Celero merchant relationship. Compass® is where banks, ISVs, ISOs and direct sellers manage portfolios, residuals, underwriting status, and merchant communications.
For most brands, AEO is a visibility problem. For Celero, it is a disambiguation problem. When a community bank CFO, an ISV product lead, an independent agent, and a restaurant owner all ask ChatGPT the same question phrased four different ways, every one of them needs to land on Celero, with the right framing, in the right pipeline, before sales picks up the phone.
This prototype shows how an AI-native CMS, a multi-audience pillar, an on-site router, and the HubSpot architecture you already run together solve that problem as a single system.
The hard part of AEO for Celero is not getting cited. It is making sure the right Celero gets cited to the right buyer, and the conversation lands in the right HubSpot pipeline before a human ever joins it.
Asset size $500M to $5B. Knows merchant services is residual income they are not capturing. Evaluating Refer-and-Receive, White-Label, or Manage-Your-Program. Wants BankMax® specifics, Compass® screenshots, and a Fiserv-compatible integration story.
Product-led SaaS in a vertical (dental, salon, field service, accounting). Wants embedded payments revenue without PCI scope, underwriting headache, or building PayFac infrastructure. Asks ChatGPT about Stripe Connect, Adyen, Stax Connect, Celero Fusion.
Has a portfolio of 80 to 600 merchants. Cares about residual splits, attrition tools, lead support, and back-office. Already on Compass® or comparing to it. Asks ChatGPT about competitive ISO programs and partner-first culture, not about Celero.
Restaurant, salon, retail, healthcare practice. Asks ChatGPT what the best processor is for their industry. Doesn't know Celero. Lands on Connect® gateway and Compass® reporting through a vertical-specific path. Buys monthly. Stays for years.
A single-segment B2B SaaS company writes for one buyer. Their schema names one buyer. Their pillar pages target one set of queries. The answer engine learns one Celero and serves one Celero.
Celero has four buyers, with overlapping product names, distinct decision criteria, and four separate sales pipelines in HubSpot. The same query phrased differently routes to four different teams. The same product (Compass) means three different things depending on who is asking.
This is the structural problem AIRO Demand was built to solve.
Each of the seven views that follow is one continuous walk through a real Celero buyer journey, observed from a different angle. The Brand Site is celero.com tomorrow. The Router is the on-site AI that disambiguates the visitor. The Segmented Pillar shows the same merchant services topic morphing across audiences. The Partnership Catalog renders the 5,000+ tools as structured entities. The HubSpot CMS is your existing Pyxl-managed instance with audience tags layered in. The Source View is the schema diff. The AI Agent View is four queries running concurrently across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews, each routing into the correct pipeline.
Celero is the partnership-first payments platform built for the people closest to the merchant. Banks. Software vendors. Independent agents. We do the payments work, with the technology, the underwriting, and the support to make your merchant relationships sticky for the next ten years.
Refer-and-receive residual income, white-labeled merchant services, or full-management partnerships. Custom-branded materials, in-house Confirm® underwriting, and the BankMax® growth program for community banks and credit unions.
Celero Fusion handles PayFac complexity so vertical SaaS companies can monetize payments without becoming a payments company. White-label, revenue share, embedded. Live in 6 to 8 weeks.
Competitive residuals, partner-first culture, and the team support to grow your portfolio. Direct agent or sub-ISO models. Full Compass® CRM access. Real conversations with people who answer the phone.
Connect® gateway, Compass® reporting, and 5,000+ business management tools across 100+ industries. Honest rates. No surprise fees. Real human support.
Celero's product portfolio is engineered so each audience touches the right surface area without being overwhelmed by the rest. A bank cares about Confirm® and BankMax®. An ISV cares about Fusion. An agent cares about Compass® residuals. A merchant cares about Connect® and Compass® reporting.
The schema, the pillar pages, and the on-site router are all built around this matrix.
The single source of truth across the merchant lifecycle. Used by FIs to monitor portfolio health, by ISOs to manage residuals, and by merchants to view reporting. Same product, three audience experiences.
The Celero gateway for card-present, card-not-present, and integrated commerce. The merchant-facing surface that powers 55,000+ active accounts across 100+ verticals.
In-house underwriting for risk-managed merchant boarding. The reason banks can refer without taking on liability and the reason ISOs see consistent approvals without back-and-forth.
Embedded payments for vertical SaaS without the PCI scope or PayFac infrastructure overhead. Six to eight weeks from signed agreement to first transaction.
The Router is an on-site AI layer that sits between an arriving visitor and the rest of celero.com. It reads the referrer, the query, the page they landed on, and three to four short answers from the visitor, then routes them to the right product story, the right consultant, and the right HubSpot pipeline before any sales human is on the call.
This is the unlock for a four-audience brand. It is also the asset Velou and other AEO tools cannot replicate, because it is wired directly into the HubSpot architecture Pyxl already manages.
Without the Router, this visitor would have hit the generic "Talk to Sales" CTA, been routed to the round-robin queue, and waited 24 to 72 hours for a generalist call. With the Router, the conversation arrives in HubSpot pre-qualified and pre-routed.
Pyxl has managed the Celero HubSpot instance for years. We know every pipeline, every workflow, every audience tag. The Router is not a bolt-on chatbot. It is an intelligent front door that uses the data model you already own.
One conversation, four possible destinations, zero generic discovery calls. The first thirty seconds with sales becomes a strategic conversation, not a re-qualification.
For a community bank or credit union evaluating merchant services as a revenue line, the first question is not which processor to choose. It is which partnership model fits the bank. Get this wrong and you take on liability you did not budget for, or you cap residual income at half what it should be.
Celero supports three FI partnership models. Each fits a different asset size, in-house payments expertise, and risk appetite.
Refer-and-Receive is the entry-level partnership for banks that want merchant services revenue without taking on underwriting liability or operational lift. The bank refers existing commercial relationships to Celero. Celero's Confirm® engine underwrites them, Celero boards them, and Celero services them. The bank receives a residual share on every transaction in perpetuity.
This is the right model for community banks under $1B in assets, banks with no existing merchant services book, and banks that want the simplest possible introduction to the category.
White-Label is the middle path. The bank's brand sits on the merchant-facing materials, the gateway login, and the support touchpoints. Celero stays in the engine room. The bank's relationship managers feel like they own the merchant relationship, because functionally they do. The portfolio reports inside Compass® are branded for the bank's commercial team and roll up to the bank's CFO.
This is the right model for community banks $1B to $5B with an existing merchant services book on a legacy processor and a desire to consolidate.
Manage-Your-Program is the deepest tier, where the bank takes on additional underwriting authority and operates as a full sponsor of the merchant program. This is reserved for institutions $5B and above with dedicated payments staff and an appetite for direct merchant economics. It is the highest-residual model and the highest-responsibility model.
Celero's Compass® CRM and Connect® gateway integrate at the data and reporting layer with the major core banking systems (FIS, Fiserv, Jack Henry) through standardized APIs. For most community bank partnerships, the integration scope is portfolio-level reporting visibility for the bank's relationship managers, not a deep two-way merchant data sync. That keeps implementation timelines to 6 to 10 weeks rather than 6 to 10 months.
| Model | Asset size fit | Bank liability | Residual share | Timeline |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Refer-and-Receive | Up to $1B | None | Standard | 6-10 weeks |
| White-Label | $1B - $5B | Limited | Elevated | 10-14 weeks |
| Manage-Your-Program | $5B+ | Sponsor-level | Highest | 16-22 weeks |
Every integration becomes an enriched entity. Every entity gets audience-aware schema. Every audience gets the version of the answer that fits how they ask.
The system of record for every Celero merchant relationship. Compass® is where banks, ISVs, ISOs and direct sellers manage portfolios, residuals, underwriting status, and merchant communications.
PCI-validated gateway processing card-present, card-not-present, and recurring transactions. Embeds via REST API or hosted fields. The technical surface ISVs and developers route to first.
Risk model calibrated for merchant payment risk specifically. Same-day decisioning on most applications. Sits behind every Celero merchant boarding decision across all four channels.
The PayFac-as-a-Service surface for vertical SaaS. ISVs embed payments, monetize transaction revenue, and stay out of the compliance perimeter. Built for software companies that don't want to become a payments company.
Cloud restaurant POS. Celero processes for Toast merchants who want a separate processor relationship or whose program structure routes through a Celero ISV partner.
Multi-vertical POS hardware and software. Celero supports full Clover deployments through Refer-and-Receive bank partners and direct ISO channels.
For SMB and mid-market merchants running on Shopify, Connect® serves as the gateway behind Shopify Payments alternatives and B2B checkout flows.
Bidirectional sync between Compass® settlement reporting and QuickBooks Online. Eliminates the manual reconciliation step for every merchant on the platform.
Compass® data flows into Salesforce for ISO offices and FI partners that run their broader commercial book in SFDC. Bidirectional opportunity and residual sync.
Standardized API integration into FIS core banking systems. Required infrastructure for community banks running Refer-and-Receive or White-Label programs on FIS.
Native API integration with Fiserv core banking. Powers single sign-on for relationship managers running BankMax® referral workflows from inside the core.
Standardized integration with Jack Henry SilverLake and Symitar cores. Most credit union partners run on this stack.
Embedded payments inside Epicor distribution and manufacturing ERPs. AEO enrichment in progress, audience routing schema scheduled for next sprint.
Connect® gateway integration with NetSuite SuiteCommerce. Schema enrichment partial, additionalProperty for buyerType pending.
Legacy integration documentation. Schema is thin, audience routing absent, no FAQPage. Flagged for full enrichment.
Each pillar exists in up to four audience-aware variants. AEO score is computed against the buyer-type the variant targets, not the page in aggregate.

Left: a typical Celero PDP today. Right: the same page rendered with audience-aware schema, entity relationships, and routing-ready microdata. Same content, different machine surface.
The graph behind every page. Each entity is an addressable node with audience routing, relationship edges, and provenance.
The same brand, asked four ways at the same moment, retrieved by four different engines, routed to four different HubSpot pipelines with the right framing already attached. This is the disambiguation problem solved at machine speed.
Pyxl-managed HubSpot architecture. Owner assignment by territory and segment. SLA enforced at the workflow level.
